Some of our Sites contain links to other sites, including but not limited to Social Media sites, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Hubspot), and payment processing platforms (e.g., Wave) whose information practices may be different from ours. Information you submit to other sites will be governed by the other sites’ privacy policies and terms.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data through its secure third-party services. Financial information is processed and managed by Wave Merchant Services, unless you have chosen to use a wire or ACH transfer to pay for your Order in which case the financial information is provided by you in the limited scope of confirming the transaction.
Our Company, through its authorized third party, will keep your financial data for the time necessary to carry out your transaction and process payment. The Company will keep your personal identifying data for the duration of the services ordered by you. Once the services are complete, your data shall be stored for as long as required by law.
Marketing
At the present time, we do not engage in direct marketing to You, but in the future, we may like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner company, Advancements. If you do not want to receive such marketing communications, you may always opt out (if we are engaged in such marketing). You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.
